If you’re looking for sports action, the Gulf South Conference NCAA Division II has something for everyone. Henderson sports include baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, cross country, football, golf, softball, swimming, tennis, and volleyball. 

Henderson's school colors are red and gray; the men's sport teams are named Reddies, and the women's sports teams are named Lady Reddies.

Henderson athletes have opportunities to excel athletically in their chosen sport under the guidance of knowledgeable and caring coaches.  Additionally, Henderson athletes have excellent opportunities to excel academically in an educational environment that is second to none.

The Henderson athletic department strives to allow every member of the student body the opportunity to be a part of the athletic program.  Students can be actively involved as athletes, trainers, managers, cheerleaders, band members, or booster club members.

Henderson's excellent athletic program has the facilities to match.  Dedicated in the fall of 2003, the Reddie Athletic Center provides medical training and strength training facilities for all Henderson sports, in addition to housing the coaches offices, training rooms, and dressing room for football.
