You’ve probably heard the horror stories from friends who found themselves sitting in a class of 300 for Freshman Composition. That’s not the case at Henderson. With an average student enrollment of approximately 3,500 students, our student-faculty ratio is 16:1. The average class size is about 23. Henderson professors hold the highest degrees in their fields of study and even teach general education classes. They work closely with students. They do it not because they can-but because they care.

We encourage you to apply for admission and scholarships as soon as possible. This will allow us to keep you informed about important dates such as summer orientation and fall registration. We appreciate your interest in Henderson and hope you plan to make it your university. There’s always something fun or worthwhile to do at Henderson. Join a fraternity or sorority. Indulge your love of music, theatre and the arts. Take part in athletics and intramurals. Participate in any number of academic, political and religious groups.
