What I Like About Henderson Academically |

Henderson's faculty is amazing. They not only teach you well in the classroom, but anytime you need help, they don't hesitate to listen. The staff is the same way. Even though the staff isn't in the classroom with you, it's almost like they know exactly what goes on. Through the classes, I've become more likely to speak up, which I've always been too shy to do. Overall, I've grown up. I've realized that Mommy's not always going to be there for me and I have to be responsible for myself and my things. |

Extracurricular Activities |

The Student Activities Board always offers cool stuff to do on most weekends, even if it's just a movie. Most fraternities will have a get-together or a party on Friday or Saturday night. If not, there's always Hot Springs.
Arkadelphia isn't that big, but we find our own "small town ways" of having a great time, no matter what. Arkadelphia has an aquatic park and a gymnastics gym. Since Hot Springs is only 30 minutes away, many students drive there to enjoy putt-putt golf, go-carts, movies, the mall, bars and many restaurants. |
